jocks. But there are so many face men on this page it practically
belongs in the Handsomest section although some of these men are on the

Antonio Ramiro "Tony" Romo (born 1980) is an American football quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Eastern Illinois University, an NCAA Division I-AA school. At Eastern Illinois, Romo won the Walter Payton Award in 2002, and led the Panthers football team to an Ohio Valley Conference championship in 2001. Not selected in the 2003 NFL Draft, Romo signed as a free agent with the Dallas Cowboys. After two seasons as a holder, Romo replaced the Cowboys' previous starting quarterback Drew Bledsoe during a game against the New York Giants in the 2006 season. Romo was a Pro Bowl selection for the 2006, 2007, and 2009 seasons, all seasons in which the Dallas Cowboys made the playoffs. Additionally, Romo has broken Dallas Cowboys team records including most games with at least 300 passing yards and games with three or more touchdown passes. However, Romo has been criticized for underachieving during crucial game situations and losing close games with turnovers. Do you think I care? No friggin way! As long as he is gorgeous he can drop the ball whenever he wants as far as I am concerned. Super-rugged Rob Ninkovich is a 6'2" (1.88m) 260 lb. (118 kg) muscle bear who plays for the New England Patriots as a defensive end and outside linebacker. Rob Ninkovich was born in Blue Island, Illinois to a family of Croatian origin. Following seventh grade, Rob's family relocated to New Lenox, Illinois. He attended Lincoln-Way Central High School in New Lenox where he played defensive end, tight end, and fullback. Rob earned All-State honors for defensive end during his senior year. He also lettered in baseball. He attended Joliet Junior College and switched to Purdue University where he was invited to play in the East-West Shrine Game. Rob was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the fifth round (135 overall) of the 2006 NFL draft. After playing for them he was signed by the Miami Dolphins. Then he went back to the Saints. Then, in 2009, he signed with the New England Patriots and went to the Super Bowl in 2012 playing against the New York Giants at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Another absurdly handsome face man is Kirk Cousins, the 6'3" (1.91m) 215 lb. (97 kg) quarterback. Kirk (born 1988) is an American football quarterback for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Michigan State University, where he was the Spartans' starter from 2009 to 2011. He was drafted with the 102nd overall pick in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Redskins. Cousins is the son of Don Cousins, a minister who consults churches across the country, and Maryann Cousins. He is the second oldest of three children. Cousins attended Holland Christian High School in Holland, Michigan where he starred in football, baseball (as a pitcher), and basketball. He broke his ankle in his junior year and was forced to attend camps in order to make an impression with recruiting colleges. He was about to sign with Toledo or Western Michigan when Mark Dantonio became the head coach at Michigan State. After Dantonio failed to sign his top targets at quarterback, he offered a scholarship to Cousins in January 2007, and he accepted. He also participated in Athletes in Action sports ministry. Cousins majored in kinesiology throughout his college career. Cousins finished his high school football career with 3,204 passing yards, 40 touchdowns, and 18 interceptions. He went to college at Michigan State and played for the Spartans. In the 2012 NFL draft he got picked by the Washington Redskins as the seventh choice in the fourth round. Garrett Gilbert (born July 1991) is an American football quarterback for SMU. He previously attended and played football at the University of Texas at Austin. Gilbert was regarded as one of the best high school quarterbacks of his class and was named the 2008 Offensive Player of the Year by USA Today. The son of former NFL quarterback Gale Gilbert, he attended Lake Travis High School in Austin, Texas, where he broke the state record for most passing yards in a season with 4,827 yards during his junior season. The record was previously held by Graham Harrell. Gilbert again broke the same record his senior season, after compiling 4,851 passing yards. He finished his high school career with 12,537 passing yards, another state record which was previously held by Harrell. Gilbert verbally committed to play college football for the Texas Longhorns on February 7, 2008, the day after he received the offer in the mail. Gilbert always had aspirations to play for Texas since he was a child. During his youth, he pretended to play football for the Longhorns, passing the football to himself in his living room and diving onto the couch to catch it. When he was eight, he had the chance to play catch with then-UT quarterback Major Applewhite, whom he considered his idol growing up. His family members were also season ticket-holders. Gilbert was rated as a five-star prospect by Rivals.com. Alongside Matt Barkley of Mater Dei High School in California, Gilbert is the premier quarterback prospect of the class of 2009. Former college head coach Jackie Sherrill called Gilbert the best quarterback he has seen since Dan Marino. |
